Jaime’s journey into the culinary world began when he took over the beloved Pine Street Cafe in Ferrysburg. With a passion for exceptional food and a vision for community-centric dining, Jaime transformed the cafe into a local favorite. Inspired by his success and driven by his love for authentic, high-quality cuisine, Jaime embarked on a new venture: Louies Wood Fired Bar + Grill.
Our name is a heartfelt tribute to Louie, Jaime’s loyal chocolate lab. Louie’s spirit of joy, warmth, and companionship perfectly encapsulates the atmosphere we strive to create. Just like Louie, our restaurant is welcoming, comforting, and full of character.
