We believe in the power of good food to bring people together, to create memories, and to provide comfort. Our Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas and Italian-inspired dishes are crafted with love, using the finest ingredients and time-honored techniques.

Founded in 2024 by Jaime Knudsen, our restaurant is more than just a place to eat—it’s a celebration of tradition, innovation, and heartfelt hospitality. Jaime’s journey into the culinary world began when he took over the beloved Pine Street Cafe in Ferrysburg. With a passion for exceptional food and a vision for community-centric dining, Jaime transformed the cafe into a local favorite. Inspired by his success and driven by his love for authentic, high-quality cuisine, Jaime embarked on a new venture: Louies Wood Fired Bar + Grill.
